Capital Singers of Trenton is a SATB community chorus under the direction of Artistic Director and Conductor Vinroy D. Brown, Jr. We perform a repertoire of sacred and secular choral works reflecting various musical styles and historical periods.

We are always looking for new members, especially tenors and basses. All voices are welcome to join, and we would love to have you with us!

Our 18th season begins with our annual Summer Sing and Social, on Sunday August 25, 2024 from 5 to 7 PM at Sacred Heart Church.  This free event is open to the public, and attendees are invited to sing with us or simply enjoy the music.

Highlights for the coming season include:

*Performance of George Gershwin's Porgy & Bess, in collaboration with Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey.

*CST Women's Ensemble Performance - Under Heaven

*Christmas with Warminster Symphony

*Winter Songs XVIII: Blow, Blow, Thou Winter Wind

*The New Jersey Premier of We Are Phoenix

There are no auditions or dues to be a member, and all music is provided. Regular rehearsals are typically alternating Sundays from 4:00 to 6/7:00 PM at Sacred Heart Church, 343 South Broad Street in Trenton NJ.
